Report product issues clearly so the DojiFunded team can investigate them.

If you find an issue in the platform, report it through the official support path with enough detail for reproduction.

Valid bug reports may be rewarded with DojiPoints and additional ecosystem incentives.

How to report a bug

1. Join the official DojiFunded Discord community to access support and ticket channels.

2. Complete the server verification process to unlock access to support channels and community features.

3. Scammers may impersonate moderators or support staff.

   Do not share wallet keys or passwords

   Do not trust unsolicited DMs

   Do not send funds to anyone claiming to be support

   All official assistance is handled only through support tickets inside the Discord server.

4. Navigate to the support or tickets channel and follow the instructions to create a new ticket.

   Choose the category that best matches your issue:

   Trading issues

   Problems with order placement or execution

   Payout issues

   Issues with withdrawals or settlement

   Wallet problems

   Funding, balance, or wallet errors

   Dashboard bugs

   UI errors or incorrect data display

   Risk engine issues

   Incorrect drawdown or rule calculations

   Security reports

   Vulnerabilities or exploit attempts
5. Provide as much detail as possible:

   What happened and what you expected to happen

   Trade IDs or timestamps

   Screenshots or screen recordings

   Wallet address or account identifier

   Steps to reproduce the issue

   Detailed reports help the team investigate and resolve issues faster.
